Lil’ Ninja is our entry-level Ninja Zone course focusing on listening skills, confidence, new experiences, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a strategic mix of skills and progressions in a fun, safe environment.

Ninja Zone Junior

This Ninja Zone class is designed to follow the Ninja Zone 1 curriculum but in a setting of similarly aged ninjas. Once Ninjas turn 6, they may move to either Ninja Zone 1 or Ninja Zone 2 with instructor approval. Ninjas will learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques.

ninja zone 1

Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks at their own pace. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed.

7-12 years old (co-ed)

Tricking

Tricking is a form of acrobatics focused on linking chains of acrobatic kicks, flips, and twists in combinations or combos. Our safety-trained coaches cover basic to advanced tricking skills such as Wall Spins, Gainers, and 360 spins in a safe, structured environment.

ninja zone 2

Next level Ninja, Ninja Zone 2 is the next progressions in the Ninja Program. This class is instructor referred, Ninjas must meet the requirements from Ninja Zone 1.
