Six Months of Growth and Transformation: Los Gatos Elite Expands with West Valley

Los Gatos Elite marks six months since acquiring West Valley Gymnastics School, successfully retraining and retaining staff, completing a West Side remodel, and introducing new classes. The transition hasn’t been without challenges, but valuable lessons have shaped the gym’s future. As part of the next phase, Los Gatos Elite is updating branding to reflect its expanded presence, with Los Gatos Elite at West Valley and Los Gatos Elite on the Boulevard. This milestone represents a continued commitment to excellence and community growth.

Reflecting on Six Months of Expansion

Time flies when you’re building something incredible! We’re now six months into the acquisition of West Valley Gymnastics School, and what a journey it has been. This transition has been filled with growth, learning, and exciting new opportunities for our athletes, staff, and families.

Since the acquisition, we’ve made significant progress:

✅ Retained and retrained all staff – ensuring consistency, quality coaching, and a seamless experience for our gymnasts.

✅ Completed a full remodel of the West Side – providing a fresh, updated space for training and performance.

✅ Introduced new classes – expanding opportunities for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Of course, no major transition comes without its challenges. Change isn’t always easy or seamless, but through trial and learning, we have refined our systems and approach. Every step has helped us grow stronger, and we are looking forward to even more success in the coming year.

Honoring West Valley’s Legacy & Looking Forward

One of the things I’m most proud of is the ability to continue the legacy of West Valley Gymnastics while integrating it into the Los Gatos Elite family. West Valley has been a pillar in the gymnastics community, and our goal has been to enhance that foundation while bringing our signature excellence in training, programming, and culture.

To further unite our two locations, we’re updating all branding and logos to reflect our new naming conventions:

🏆 Los Gatos Elite at West Valley – representing our expansion and honoring the location’s history.

🏆 Los Gatos Elite on the Boulevard – maintaining the identity of our original gym while embracing a growing brand.

This rebranding marks a significant step in solidifying our shared mission and bringing all athletes under the same Los Gatos Elite umbrella.

The Road Ahead

We couldn’t have accomplished all of this without the support of our incredible coaches, athletes, and families. Your patience, trust, and enthusiasm have been the driving force behind this transition. As we move forward, we’re excited to continue growing, innovating, and shaping the next generation of athletes.
